About the Role
We are seeking an individual who is eager to contribute to our dynamic machine shop environment and assist with various manufacturing and assembly tasks. This entry-level position involves providing support in the production and assembly of high-quality motion picture equipment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the dynamic field of manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Utilize hand tools for the mechanical assembly of precision
motion picture equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality in the
final products.
Become proficient in the use of standard shop tools and
equipment to contribute effectively to the manufacturing
process.
Work closely with the production team to meet manufacturing
goals and maintain high-quality standards throughout the assembly process.
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in every aspect of the assembly process, ensuring the production of flawless equipment.
Conduct occasional driving tasks to deliver and pick up parts from vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of necessary materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly
environment is a plus but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-
quality work.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
